The university senate uses two factors to determine if a candidate will be admitted or not. the two admission requirements are;

  1. JAMB SCORE
  2. AND O’LEVEL

JAMB SCORE –  Candidates who scored less than 180 are strongly advised not to pick unilorin admission form for undergraduates study. All candidates are expected to score at least 180 in utme screening. 180 is the general jamb cut of mark for unilorin admission, but its not the main uniloin cut off mark for all courses. Kindly note that different courses got different cut off marks assigned by the school management.

O’level – Candiates will show either the computer print out of their senior secondary school certificate or the original copy before admssion will be granted in the university of ilorin. The cut of point is now calculated by divining the grades in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent during the screening.  A may carry 8 marks; B may carry 5 or 4 marks; C may carry 2 marks.
